Next Steps

If you’ve made it to this page, you’ve probably already read about the many great activities and services performed by the Herring Bay Yacht Club (HBYC). You’ve probably also looked at the overview of our club, our club history, our current Officers and have reviewed the benefits of being an HBYC member. If you have any questions, be sure to check out our Frequently Asked Questions, and if you still aren’t sure, feel free to reach out to our Secretary and we will be happy to respond.

The only step left is to sign-up…

To the right, you will find our application form, which includes the information we will need to process your application.

  1. User Name: Use the Captain’s First Name and Last Name separated by a space (e.g. Barney Rubble).
  2. First Mate Name and Email:  Enter NONE if you do not want to include a First Mate with your Membership.  You can add a First Mate to your Membership later if you choose. The Email address entered here should be different than the Captain’s Email
  3. Vessel:  Enter NONE if you do not own a Vessel

IMPORTANT:  When you submit your completed form, the area to the right will update to confirm your data is valid and will show “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” click on the scrolling text to take you to PayPal to make your payment.

Once our Secretary and Treasurer have confirmed your information and received your payment, you will receive a packet that will include your membership card(s), an HBYC burgee, an information packet, and an email with your temporary password.
